Thanks for visiting Dedicated Technology!  If you're a hunter, a shooter, or just a firearms enthusiast, Dedicated Technology has what you are looking for.  Dtech produces barrels and uppers with a focus on accuracy, so we only chamber premium barrel blanks.  We do so with an attention to detail so we can ship a product that we are proud of and confident you will be happy with.  Ordering a new barrel or upper is exciting and this website gives you the capability to configure and order your own barrel or upper.  That can be an overwhelming endevor, so give us a call and speak with the guy that is going to chamber your barrel and assemble your upper.  He will answer any questions you have and walk you through the ordering process and answer any questions that you might have.  We are hunters and shooters, so we have an understanting of what you are looking for.  We won't sell you anything that we don't believe in.

Shipping, payment, delivery info

If you are sending something using UPS or FedEx send it to:

Please make sure to include your name, phone number, e-mail address, shipping address, order number and any information you want us to know inside your box.

Make sure you package everything appropriately.  Keep in mind that if parts are not correctly packaged, they can be damaged during shipping.  We will not be responsible for damage that occurs during

Shipping

 I Ship all orders UPS.  If you would like "Signature Required", please send me a message via the contact page.  Currently there is a flat fee for shipping $35 on barrels and complete uppers.  That includes insurance

Payment

You may pay in full at the time of placing your order.  We require a $200 deposit on a custom barrel and a $300 deposit for a custom upper.  If you would like to pay using means other that credit card, call the shop and we can place an order over the phone and make alternative payment arrangements.



Lead Times

Currently lead times for most calibers is 16 weeks.  WSSM builds require non-mil-spec, proprietary components that do require additional time.

 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time up until your order is ready to ship.  Your refund will include your deposit, less a 10% restocking fee. Once your order has shipped orders are non-refundable.
